Oct. 25, 06: Dark Ukei and Jar

Point of this drawing was originally slotted as another attempt at my first Ukei drawing but instead use the pose I saw her in the dream I had around that time, especially in regards to showing off her weapon of choice, her Jar. Eventually decided I didn't want that pose and instead had Ukei sit instead like she was casting some fire spell.

Other than my craptastic fire and the fact the Jar didn't turn out as well as I would have wanted I'm quite content on this image, in fact I ended up developing a new furring style mid-drawing and I really like the new style (see the tail). Have gone to the bonus of recoloring the image, giving a new look to the trees. Still don't like the fire.

Anyways, sketched with my trusty 'ole .5mm mech pencil and colored via Photoshop Elements. Sketch time: ~4-5 hours. Color time: ~27 hours.
